Registration Information
A Youth Sports Registration Form must be completed. Participants are required to have medical insurance. A copy of the child's birth certificate must accompany the registration form. To download a registration form click here.

Cheer & Tumble classes: Instructors will teach cheer motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling skills. fee is $45.00 per month for 2 classes a week (8 classes) 1 hour classes.
