A. Conduct a Public Hearing for Zoning Text Amendment #1-2023, which includes the following:
1) Section 4.3-Land Use Table. Change Residential Land Use Codes in the table to the current LBCS Function Codes.
2) Section 4.3-Land Use Table. Removing Single-family dwellings as a permitted use in the General Commercial District (GC).
3) Section 4.3-Land Use Table. Adding Multiplex as a permitted use in the Town Residential District (TR).
4) Section 4.5.11(A) - Town Residential (TR) Expanded Basic Zoning Standards. Adding basic standards for multiplexes.
5) Section 7.3 Protected Trees. Clarifying that removing trees on exempt lists requires a tree removal permit.
6) Section 10.3 Definitions. Adding a definition for “front yard.”
7) Section 10.3-Definitions. Adding the term “Multiplex” with a definition.
