A. Major Land Development
- Dyson-Brooks St Subdivision Preliminary Plan- A preliminary plan to create a three-lot subdivision from a 1.584-acre tract along Brook Street in the Lakeview Neighborhood. The property is in the Single-Family Residential Zoning District (RS). Withdrawn by applicant
- LMW-Edison Av Subdivision Preliminary Plan- A preliminary plan to create a two-lot subdivision from a 1.3-acre tract along Edison Avenue in the Charleston Farms Neighborhood. The property is in the Town Residential Zoning District (TR). Applicant: Mr. Joe Hardman, AJ Construction, LLC.
B. Amendment to the Planning Commission’s Rules of Procedure
- Amend Section II-3(A)-Order of Agenda-Move Public Comments ahead of Old Business on the Order of the Agenda.
