THE CITY OF HANAHAN hereinafter referred to as the (COH), is accepting PROPOSALS for
MUNICIPAL CHAMBERS AUDIO SYSTEM
The City of Hanahan is seeking proposals for an audio overhaul of its municipal chambers, located inside city hall. This meeting space which hosts city council, planning commission, the board of zoning appeals, and court, currently utilizes overhead microphones for its livestream, but the signal is not amplified as to avoid feedback. This has resulted in difficulty hearing, especially in distant areas of the room, and an overall poor listening experience. To alleviate these issues, the City of Hanahan wishes to procure, from a single vendor, an audio overhaul including microphones, speakers, mixer(s), additional equipment, and their installation to achieve a fully operational system.
