THE CITY OF HANAHAN hereinafter referred to as the (COH), invites all interested professional legal firms, licensed in the State of South Carolina, to submit proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide professional legal services in the areas of municipal real estate law and zoning/land use law. The municipality seeks to contract with:
- A qualified Real Estate Attorney to advise and represent the municipality in all matters related to real estate transactions and property-related legal issues.
- A qualified Board of Zoning Appeals Attorney to provide legal counsel to the BZA and represent the board as needed in hearings and litigation.
