CHEER ONE Mission Statement

            We are a gym built on patience, pride and passion. Our mission is to build athletes who excel in cheerleading and tumbling. Through patience, athletes will learn proper skill progression with hands on spotting. We take pride in teaching the value of teamwork and discipline through positive experiences We are passionate about teaching the future of cheerleading. Our focus is on what we can leave and not what we can take. 
 

CHEER ONE Class Descriptions

Comet Tumble (Beginner)- 

            (60 Minutes) – For athlete ages 4 and up, this beginner tumble class focuses on technique/ drills for forward and backward rolls, handstand variations, cartwheels/ round off’s and front and back walkovers. No prior skills or knowledge required for this class.

Stars Tumble (Intermediate) –

            (60 Minutes) – For athletes ages 5 and up, this intermediate tumble class focuses on technique/ drills for front and back handsprings, round off back handsprings, and combination passes including beginner and intermediate skills. Class pre-requisite is an unassisted standing or running back handspring.

Supernovas Tumble (Advanced) –

            (60 Minutes) – For athletes ages 8 and up, this advanced tumble class focuses on technique/ drills for standing back tucks, punch fronts, series to tucks, also including layouts and twisting skills. Class pre-requisites are unassisted running and/ or standing back tucks.

Galaxy 101 (Intro to Cheer) (Fundamentals) –

            Our 1x a week galaxy cheer class is perfect for those who are wanting to learn the foundation of cheerleading. In this class we will focus on motion technique, jumps, flexibility, 8 count management, and stunt fundamentals. Classes will progress as students progress. All levels of cheer experience welcome.

Unlimited Monthly Pass (As many classes as you can handle)

Instructor/ Registration Fee
(Due first day of class to instructor; one-time fee for insurance on child)

            $50.00

**Monthly tuition is due on the 5^th of each month. Drop-in classes are offered if you have registered after the 10^th of the month and would like to begin classes. These classes are $20.00 and are paid to the instructor at the time of class. **
